DC was hired to provide project management and site supervision to bring together this state of the art automotive oil changing facility. Massive foundations were installed to incorporate oil changing pits and used oil storage containment in the basement of the building. The building is a mix of prefabricated sections trucked in and craned into place seamed together with a conventional steel building to add a rear tenant. This building’s appearance speaks for itself!
